Not necessarily the first or the most obvious words you would expect to read on a personal training site aimed at helping women get into the best shape of their lives. But what good does it ever do to hide behind the truth. It is harder for women to get in shape, but is by no means whatsoever impossible. It just takes a bit more “educated effort” sometimes.

Women need a different approach from men. They are more susceptible to the vagaries of estrogen and thyroid fluctuations, and this can have a severe impact upon keeping a lean and tight figure. We are here to teach you that you can control your hormones and then control your body fat and your figure, but the chances are that you are going to have to change some ingrained habits and preconceptions to achieve the results that you are looking for.

Women have a host of issues that are special to them. Some need slimmer thighs, others a flatter tummy. Women have pre and post pregnancy body fat and health issues to deal with, and are in the unique position of nurturing the earliest development of their own (sometimes unborn) children with the diets that they should follow.

Every woman who has tried to get into the best shape of her life and hasn’t always found the going to be so straightforward needs to find a team with a proven track record in making females fit, slimmer, more toned and healthy.
