What Diet Are You Recommending?

We don’t recommend any specific diet. Diets simply don’t work since they cut out too many foods you love. This is an unsustainable approach and we all know that most people fall off the ‘diet train’ very quickly.

We approach this topic by educating our clients in nutrition and teaching them a simple way to put their own meal plan together, including the foods they love and they still achieve their weight goals.

Are You Doing Any Meal Plans?

Yes and no!

Basically we rather teach you how to approach nutrition and how to create your own meal plan in a very simple way.

However, we do understand that some people simple don’t have the time or require more help. Therefore we do offer customised meal plans. These plans are being put together by registered dieticians and will be delivered within 24 hours via email and a smartphone app.

Certainly these meal plans are catered to your specific needs and are suitable for everyone.

I Am Allergic To Certain Foods!

No problems at all!

If you get one of our customised meal plans, our registered dieticians will take you through a thorough questionnaire and you can then put down all the things you are allergic to!

I Have An Intolerance To Gluten, Lactose etc.

No problems at all!

If you get one of our customised meal plans, our registered dieticians will take you through a thorough questionnaire and you can then put down all the foods you are intolerant to!

They will then formulate a customised meal plan for you without these food sources.

I Am Vegetarian/Vegan! Is That An Issue?

No at all!

If you get one of our customised meal plans, our registered dieticians will take you through a thorough questionnaire and you can choose your food preferences etc.

They will then formulate a customised meal plan for you based on your vegetarian or vegan preferences.

What About Supplements?

Before we talk about supplements, we should have a closer look into your daily nutritional habits.

Most times we are able to ‘fix’ these habits without spending additional money on supplements. However, we do understand that these can be helpful in certain circumstances.

Another problem is, that there is too many supplements out there. And to no surprise every supplement company claims to be the best one. But only a very few actually have very high standards, have a medical and scientific advisory board and offer 100% transparency in their manufacturing process.

In other words, only a few supplements are of high quality and don’t even think about spending money on cheap products. You literately get what you pay for!
